Most Difficult Part of Building ...
#1

Regarding the XE / XEL , those of you who have built and those of you now building these, in your opinion, what has been or is proving to be the most difficult part of the construction?

I guess I'm a lucky one here. After I stopped working on cars, I rented out my garage to a guy who does body work. He lost his shop after a divorce and need a place to work. Things have been slow for him, so he's a few months behind on his rent. He said he'd do any sanding and painting I needed if I'd take it off his rent. Smile

Now the waiting part is here.

Isn't the swash plate marked as to which side is "UP"?

An item which does cause concern at this point is the correct installation of the clear acrylic, "the bubble."

What experience have any of you had in ths regard? What is the best way? Are clear, straight forward instructions for this offered in the construction manual?
