2017 Factory Fly-In

Robert,

All of the above! Plenty places to eat and at late one I was at there was a gentleman and his wife that had BBQ, sausage, and sodas. Most of the time I am so fired up I don't think of eating (nothing beef jerky won't fix).

Eight days and counting time I leave!

Hi guys.  I was wanting to get a little more information to be more informed about this event, so I'm gonna ask a few questions.

Is there anything planned for Friday or Friday afternoon that I might be interested in?

What time do people usually start arriving on Saturday?

Do the pilots usually arrive on Friday afternoon?

What are the arrangements for parking for us spectators?

Will I be able to park in a some what strategic location and drop my tailgate for viewing or will it be best to bring a chair?

What about a dining type canopy for shade, is that allowed?

Do you happen to know of any "lunch" locations in the area that have a more diabetic friendly menu?

What kind of night life is there after the sun goes down?

Is there any night flying?

Thanks, Robert

Yes. I stopped for a minute or two passing through to Chiefland. I saw two XE's out on the ground, one green and one blue.

I also tried sending a text to my wife and I have no service at the field with T-Mobile, oh well.
